As per directive of local administration, please carry a printout of final vaccination certificate OR RTPCR test result done within 72 hours of intended check in date for all guests who will be checking in.
Consumption of food & drinks purchased from outside is not allowed within the Resort premises.
Consumption of alcoholic beverage within the common area of the Resort is strictly prohibited.
Any dispute arising out of this reservation will be settled within the jurisdiction of Bolpur courts only.
Any dispute arising from booking of rooms through Travel agent should be settled with them directly.

Pets are not allowed inside the Resort premises.
Booking confirmation with a valid photo id (with address) is required for all the guests during the time of check-in.
Photo ID poofs accepted are Driving License,Voter id Card, Passport and Aadhar Card. Note: PAN Cards will not be accepted as valid Photo ID Card.
If any symptom of any form of illness is detected in me or any person/s accompanying me by the Resort management on my arrival at the main entrance, the Resort management reserve the right to deny checking in to the Resort and apply cancellation charge as per its cancellation policy mentioned in the website.
